Firstly, you decide the size and format you would like for your portrait(s). Choose or take your photo(s) (see your photo) and fill in your details on the order form. We will send an email confirming your order details and giving instructions for you to email or post your photo(s) to us. An invoice for a 50% deposit will also be sent at this point.

Once the photo(s) and deposit have been received, one of our illustrators will begin the line drawing of your portrait. A selection of compositions will then be e-mailed to you as a PDF proof. This can be opened on your computer, completed and then emailed back to indicate your chosen composition.

We will contact you to discuss any specific colour or background requirements you have before we start adding colour. A second PDF proof is then e-mailed to you, giving you a choice of colour variations.

You again reply stating which visual you would like to be the final artwork. When we receive your final approval, we will email an invoice for the remaining payment.

Upon receipt of this final cleared payment, your portrait is prepared and output according to your choice of format - either stretched canvas, panel style, laminated print or digital file.

Once complete, smaller canvas prints are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery in Jiffy bags. Larger prints are packed in bubble wrap and corrugated card and despatched for next working day delivery.
